Payment Terms

Invoices must be paid within 14 days of invoice date. Failure to do so will result in immediate suspension of invoiced services until outstanding amount is settled in full.

Boarding Bookings made for June to September inclusive and the Christmas/New Year period will only be secured on receipt of a 50% non-refundable deposit.

Payment may be made by bank transfer, cheque, or cash.

General Terms

i) Dogs using any of our services must be registered with a recognised veterinary practice. If that surgery is outside of the Northampton area and treatment is required, whilst your dog is in our care, then we will use the local veterinary surgery, with whom 4-Paws is registered.

ii) Dogs must be fully vaccinated against Distemper, Infectious Canine Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza, L.canicola & L.icterohaemorrhagiae

iii) By signing the 4-Paws registration form, owners agree to their dogs being with other dogs, from different families.

iv) Dogs must wear collars, with suitable identification tags.

v) Signing the 4-Paws registration form is an agreement, from the owner, that 4-Paws may use, what they deem to be, appropriate photographs of their dog(s) on the 4-Paws website and/or Facebook page.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation of our dog walking and/or day care service must be received by 8pm on the day prior to the original booking otherwise the full cost will be charged.
